1.1. The Seller — the operator of the online store deltait.lv (the "Site") and owner of the related rights, DELTA IT SIA, registration No. 40203533119, VAT No. LV40203533119, registered address: Latgales iela 188-46, Riga, LV-1019 (hereinafter — "DELTA IT", "we", the "Seller"), which within its economic activity offers and sells goods to the Buyer under these terms (the "Terms").
1.2. The Buyer — a legal entity or sole trader (hereinafter — the "Client", "you", the "Buyer") purchasing goods from DELTA IT for purposes connected with its business. The Site and the DELTA IT offering are intended for B2B transactions only — by placing an order you confirm that you are acting on behalf of your company and not as a private individual for consumption purposes. If you are acting as a private individual, please do not place an order on the Site.
1.3. By placing an order on the Site you confirm that you have read these Terms, that they are clear to you and that you fully accept them. If you do not agree with any provision of the Terms, please do not place an order.
1.4. The contract between DELTA IT and the Client is deemed concluded at the moment the Client, having read the Terms, places an order on the Site. Fulfilment of a particular order begins once the prepayment invoice has been paid, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.
1.5. DELTA IT is entitled to amend and supplement the Terms unilaterally. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Site and apply to orders placed after publication. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in force at the time the order was placed.
1.6. DELTA IT is entitled to restrict the Client's access to the Site or block the Client's account if there is reason to believe that the Client is breaching these Terms, has provided false information or otherwise endangers the secure operation of the Site, notifying the Client accordingly.
2.1. Orders can also be placed without registering an account. Creating an account allows you to follow order history, save addresses and grant access to several users of your company with different roles (administrator, buyer, accountant).
2.2. When registering, the Client undertakes to provide true and accurate information about its company (name, registration number, VAT number where applicable, contact details) and to keep it up to date. The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of the account credentials (email, password) and for all actions carried out with the account.
2.3. The company account administrator may invite additional users from their company. The company in whose name the account is registered is responsible for the actions of all users associated with the account.
2.4. By registering, the Client also confirms that they have read the DELTA IT Privacy policy.
3.1. An order is placed by selecting goods into the shopping cart and completing the order form with the required company and delivery details.
3.2. Product availability and prices on the Site are updated regularly, but may change depending on supplier stock levels and price changes. The price fixed at the moment the order is placed is final for that order.
3.3. After placing an order, the Client receives a confirmation to the email address provided.
3.4. DELTA IT reserves the right to decline fulfilment of an order or part of it if, after it has been placed, it turns out that the goods are no longer available in the supplier's warehouse, notifying the Client without delay and offering an alternative solution or a refund of any payment already made.
4.1. All product prices on the Site are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is calculated at the checkout step in accordance with the regulation in force in the Republic of Latvia.
4.2. For certain product categories (for example mobile phones, laptops, game consoles and some other electronics/components), the reverse charge procedure applies to registered VAT payers (Article 143.¹ of the Value Added Tax Law, code R4) — VAT is not calculated on the invoice, and the buyer declares the tax themselves in accordance with the applicable regulations.
4.3. Payment is made against a prepayment invoice to the DELTA IT bank details (see Contact / company details). The order is handed over for fulfilment and delivery once payment has been received in the DELTA IT bank account, unless the parties have agreed on a different payment arrangement.
5.1. Delivery takes place after payment is received, using a courier service or collection at the DELTA IT office — depending on the Client's choice when placing the order.
5.2. Indicative delivery times are shown on the product page and in the order confirmation, and depend on the location of the relevant supplier's warehouse and product availability.
5.3. The risks of delivery (accidental loss of or damage to the goods) pass to the Client at the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier or issued to the Client's representative.
5.4. The delivery note for the goods is sent to the Client electronically (in PDF format, to the specified email address). The parties agree that such electronic document exchange is equivalent to a document signed on paper, and no signature is required on the delivery note.
6.1. Goods are covered by the warranty period set by the manufacturer or distributor, as stated on the product page. DELTA IT does not carry out repairs itself — for a warranty claim, please contact us at info@deltait.lv and we will help you submit the claim and coordinate it with the authorised service centre of the relevant manufacturer or distributor.
6.2. As DELTA IT operates in the B2B segment only, the right of withdrawal for private individuals provided by the Consumer Rights Protection Law does not apply to these transactions — see Right of withdrawal.
6.3. Returning or exchanging goods is possible by prior agreement with DELTA IT if the goods are damaged, incomplete or do not match the order at the time of delivery. A claim must be submitted no later than 5 working days from receipt of the goods, by writing to info@deltait.lv.
7.1. DELTA IT is not liable for losses arising from interruptions in the operation of the Site, the actions of third parties (suppliers, carriers) or false information provided by the Client itself.
7.2. DELTA IT's liability for any order does not exceed the value of that order.
8.1. These Terms and the relations arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
8.2. The parties resolve disputes through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled by a court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the applicable regulations.
