1.3. This policy explains what personal data we process in connection with the use of the deltait.lv website and the purchase of goods, and how we do so in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
2.1. As DELTA IT is a B2B platform, most of the data processed relates to legal entities (companies). However, specific natural persons (contact persons) act on behalf of a company, so we also process the following personal data:
2.2. The Site does not collect or store payment card or bank account access data — payment is made by bank transfer against an issued invoice to the bank details specified by DELTA IT.
3.1. If you have consented to receiving news or offers, we process your email address for that purpose on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to info@deltait.lv.
4.1. For delivery of goods and preparation of invoices, data is shared with the relevant partners — carriers/courier service providers and the accounting system provider (Moneo). Appropriate data processing agreements are in place with all processors.
4.2. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, and we do not transfer data outside the European Union / European Economic Area.
5.1. Data relating to orders and invoices is kept for the retention period for accounting documents set by law (usually 5 years, or up to 10 years in the event of unfulfilled obligations).
5.2. Account data is kept while the account is active. Following a request to delete the account, we delete or anonymise the data, except for data that legislation requires us to keep longer (e.g. accounting documents).
