We deliver by courier, or the goods can be collected in person at our office (see the address on the contacts page).
The indicative delivery time is shown on each product page and in the order confirmation — it depends on the location of the relevant supplier's warehouse and product availability at the time.
Payment is made by prepayment invoice to the DELTA IT bank account (details on the contacts page). You receive the invoice automatically by email right after placing the order.
The order is handed over for fulfilment and delivery once payment is received in the DELTA IT bank account, unless another payment arrangement has been agreed.
The delivery note is sent electronically (in PDF format) together with the invoice — a signed paper copy is not required (see clause 5.4 of the Terms of use).
Warranty and RMA handling is provided by DELTA IT — you never have to contact the manufacturer or distributor separately, just write to info@deltait.lv.
